THE SERVICE OF THE WEBSITE

Through this website steps-med.gr a general license is provided to the public, i.e. the ability to freely navigate the content of the web pages, as well as the technical ability to place an order for the products presented on them, for the indicated fee. Orders are placed within the time frame indicated on the home page (Monday – Friday 9.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.), while for any orders requested outside the time frame, they are placed during working hours without delay. By placing an order, the consumer accepts these terms of use and the specific features and price indicated on the relevant website for each product.

Steps-Med is a leading company in the anatomical shoe trade, offering you a rich collection of high quality anatomical footwear. We work with Italian and Spanish manufacturers to bring you comfortable and ergonomically designed shoes and slippers, exclusively available in pharmacies.

METHODS OF PAYMENT OF THE FINE

Interested buyers can choose how to pay the price for the order they are about to place. In particular, they can pay the price by cash on delivery or by depositing it in a bank account. If you prefer the bank deposit, you can prepay your order through the following partner banks:

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery of the products is carried out within the time indicated in the order and in any case within thirty (30) days at the latest, as required by law. If this period expires without action, the consumer has the right of withdrawal.

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

The transfer of ownership of the products is agreed upon payment of the price and is completed upon delivery to the consumer. The buyer therefore agrees to accept all risks, including those relating to their transport, except for the transport stage which is provided by the carrier or a person engaged by the carrier. In the absence of sufficient means of access to the buyer’s address, the seller shall not be held responsible for any delays or impossibility of delivery and shall to this end invite the buyer to come to a place indicated by him for the collection of the goods.

UNJUSTIFIED WITHDRAWAL

Within fourteen (14) calendar days the consumer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason, returning the product in its original condition, i.e. the product should not have been opened or used and should be sealed as received, without incurring any costs, except for the return costs. To exercise the right of withdrawal. This right is recognized by the Entity to the consumer, not as an obligation imposed by law, as there is an exception for household products from the right of unjustified withdrawal.

ANTI-CATASTASIS OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In any case, the Entity is at the disposal of the consumer for the replacement of a product that is demonstrably defective, provided that the problem is not due to the design of the product.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the layouts, graphic representations, distinctive titles, domain names, texts and photographs, as well as their classification in the structure of the website (database) are covered by the intellectual property rights of the Entity. Users of the website have only the right to freely navigate the website and use the technical possibilities for sharing in social media allowed by the website itself. It is not permitted to copy or reproduce in any other way the aforementioned data without the specific permission of the Entity.

APPLICABLE LAW

These terms of use are subject to Greek law. The Entity is not responsible for any damage, material or immaterial, that may result from the misuse of the products. The Institution’s liability is limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for further contributory negligence beyond the terms of this agreement and in the context in which they are acknowledged. In the event of a dispute in the application of this contract, the purchaser has the obligation, in good faith, before any legal action, to seek a conciliatory solution by submitting a request to the carrier or by reporting to the Consumer Advocate(www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr).In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact the carrier to reach a conciliatory solution. In case of a dispute, the competent courts are the courts of Athens.
