Returns – Changes

Upon receipt of your order, please check the products and in case of a defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt.

In such a case, inform the store immediately.
If the necessary technical inspection is carried out by the technical department, upon receipt and confirmation, we will proceed with the replacement of the product.

Changes to healthy products are accepted within 14 days of receipt, in their original packaging, along with the receipt or invoice that accompanied it, provided the store has been informed.
