Ways of Dispatch

At steps-med.gr we provide you with the possibility of receiving your orders throughout Greece
within 1 – 3 working days for the products that are available if there is no special availability problem.
After your order, we process it and inform you immediately about the exact time of delivery.

Our company’s deliveries are made by Courier Center company or by cooperating transport agencies for bulky items.

Charges:

Missions in Athens

1. For purchases of products worth 100 € and more (and for a weight less than 15kgr) the shipping is free of charge.
2.

Rest of Greece

1. For purchases of products worth 400€ and more (and for weight less than 15kgr) shipping is free of charge.
2. 0-2Kgr charge 3.0€ and 1.00€ for each additional kilo.

In cases of changes – returns the costs of transport are borne by the buyer.
